You and your crew showed up on time (living in the rural area - showing up means everything!) and got the work done with very little disruption to my family and also did a nice job of cleaning up. I also like the fact it was you who came and got the quote, it was you who did the actual work, it was you who I paid (the quoted price!) for your hard work and it was you who gave me a follow up phone call to see if everything was ok with the roof a few weeks later.
